Iron Man 3: Hit or Miss?

Let's just take a look at the trailer, shall we?
Great, now that you've seen the trailer, let's review it. New Iron Man suit? Awesome. Iron Patriot? Ehh, pretty cool but doesn't seem to follow the comic book story line, at least the mainstream ones. Next, the Mandarin? Oh yes! This is what Iron Man fans have been waiting for. This is what will bring the whole movie together. Honestly, the only reason Iron Man 2 didn't do too well was because of the villain, Whiplash. Well, at least that's what I feel. Anyway, everything about this trailer says hit to me, even though the Iron Patriot suit can be debatable. But hey, what the heck? I mean, it's Iron Man for god's sake! Looks like it'll be an outstanding movie, a real hit.

Kane Chronicles: The Throne of Fire

This book was simply brilliant. If you liked Percy Jackson, you'll love the Kane Chronicles. It has a slightly different tone and is narrated differently (you would already know all of this if you read the first book). But seriously, if you read the first book but didn't think it was that good, make sure you read on to this book. From personal experience, I knew the first book was no Percy Jackson, but I took a chance and boy do I not regret this decision. Make sure to check it out though. I really feel it's worth it. I would give it a 4.5/5, half a point off only because I didn't like Walt's secret (no spoilers).

The Mark of Athena

Three words: OH...MY...GOD. If you though the Son of Neptune was good, wait till you read this. This book is truly amazing and since I don't want to reveal any spoilers, that's pretty much all I can say. Definitely worth the ten dollars. This book is so interesting with a great twist. Rick Riordan has done it again! If you've got ten dollars to blow, this is what you should buy. Don't even wait, just go read it! If I could, I would give it 6 out of 5 stars but I can't. So 5 out of 5 stars!

The Son of Neptune

It's Percy Jackson again! Yay! This is a perfect book for Percy Jackson fans. It introduces the Roman Camp, bring even more diversity to the book. It's truly amazing. Everything about it keeps you on the edge of your seat and you'll never want to put the book down. DEFINITELY READ THIS BOOK IF YOU CAN. Yeah, so great book. 5 outta 5!

Is the Amazing Spider-Man Truly Amazing?

Yeah. Why not? He's Spider-Man for God's sake. Who doesn't like him? The movie was great. Now, it was a typical super hero story line. Some crazy scientist doing some crazy things and here comes Spider-Man to save the day! But even though people seemed to LOOOOOVE it, I had a few problems with the movie. The first one was Spider-Man himself. Andrew Garfield, really? That guy can barely speak in an American accent! He looks like a Peter Parker, but I didn't like the way they portrayed him. Now, he was a great Spider-Man, but not so much of a great Peter Parker. And there were a few questions that weren't answered like, Why did his parents die at a young age? I mean, maybe they'll make six more movies to answer the question, but if you're gonna bring it up in the trailer, at least give some hint of it in the movie! Ah well, still pretty good. Like a 4 outta 5 good.

The Avengers: You Either Love It, Or Love It

Now for those all out crazy die hard super hero fans, this was probably a dream come true. And even for those who weren't that interested into super heroes found this movie interesting. Let's see, same length as the Hunger Games, but it felt so much shorter! Y'know what that means? Yup, time flies when you're having fun. I think the movie was funny, entertaining, and definitely interesting. Though there were some parts in the movie that didn't make sense like *SPOILER ALERT how Thor ended up coming back form Asgard or whatever. But overall, a pretty decent movie. My score? 4.5 out of 5.

The Hunger Games: What Did I Just Watch?

Yeah, so the Hunger Games, huh? Great book, great plot, but what type of movie did I watch? I mean seriously, if you're gonna make a movie on an AMAZING book, make it at least a little interesting! It was long. Very long. Felt like I was in the movie theater for days. They kept every detail at least. So that's one plus. The only reason I would like the movie was because it had the plot of the book. The story was great! But the movie was okay. So if you haven't seen the movie yet and you haven't read the books, you might think it's okay. Out of five stars, I would give it 3.5.
